You can access information about International Education:
The mandatory Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students was gazetted on 13 December 2001. The Code establishes a framework for minimum standards and good practice procedures, and a complaints procedure for providers enrolling international students.
The Code of Practice can be found on the New Zealand Qualification Authority's website.
The Education Counts website contains a range of statistical information relating to the New Zealand tertiary education sector. The main source of information for the tables is a census of tertiary education providers carried out by the Ministry of Education at 31 July of each year. Information on qualification completions is also available.
The summary tables provide the most recent statistics on students enrolled at tertiary providers while the time-series tables report trends over time.
Analysis of the tertiary statistics can be found in the 'key results' page. Links to other relevant reports are also provided.
