Tips on creating a Delivery Plan

If you have received a PLD allocation and have selected your facilitator(s), you should now be thinking about your Delivery Plan.

Your Delivery Plan is the way you plan what activities your facilitators will be carrying out, and when.

You should work with your facilitators to co-construct the Delivery Plan. This will mean that you have a common understanding of what PLD will be carried out.
