Tendering to Deliver Centrally-Funded PLD

Do you run an organisation which delivers PLD services to schools and kura?

We haved moved to a regular, twice-yearly Request for Proposals (RFP) on GETS.

The current RFP opened on September 10th 2018 and applications will be accepted until October 8th 2018 at 4pm.

This RFP is different from the Accreditation Process (see below). The RFP process assesses an organisation's ability to meet a number of Ministry requirements - for example, that you have a health and safety policy, and comply with the Vulnerable Children's Act (VCA).

Note: Accreditation of facilitators is a separate process to the RFP. Accreditation assesses an individual facilitator's ability to deliver pedagogically sound, culturally responsive PLD that takes into account the needs of educators and students. If you want to deliver centrally-funded PLD services to schools and kura you must:

  • be accredited to deliver centrally-funded PLD,
  • work for an organisation which has passed the RFP.
