Delivery plans and travel requests

Information about completing delivery plans and travel requests.

Delivery Plans

Facilitators help the school, kura or Kāhui Ako they’re working to construct a delivery plan. When reviewing a school, kura or Kāhui Ako’s delivery plan you should ensure all the yellow shaded areas are filled in which include:

  • A start date
  • An end date within the timeframe given by the Area allocation Panel
  • A baseline snapshot and monitoring against any specific priorities
  • A breakdown of your planned activities with the school, kura or Kāhui Ako, what time you are dedicating to each activity and when you will complete them. You don’t need to be completely accurate to the exact day, for example using the end dates for terms is a good guideline.

It is especially important to ensure the delivery plan has the correct dates as they will be used to generate a Statement of Work (SOW) for you provider organisation.

Facilitators must ensure that that their details and travel tier are recorded in the ‘Start’ tab of the journal before the delivery plan is submitted.
