Networks of Expertise are curriculum, teaching and learning networks run by teachers for teachers.
Support for Networks of Expertise complements locally and nationally-focussed PLD by encouraging peer-to-peer collaboration and sharing of expertise.
We currently support 32 teacher networks which cover areas including arts, assessment, commerce and economics, gifted education, health, mathematics, music, physics, psychology and technology. We also support pilot Māori Medium networks in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty, who have the largest number of Māori engaged in Māori medium education.
