ELI system data
As Christmas is just around the corner, you will need to ensure your Early Learning Information (ELI) system data is up to date before you close up for the holiday period.
What do you need to do?
- Update your enrolment and attendance data: You should ensure that all enrolment and attendance records are up to date and all data is confirmed before the break. This includes making sure you end enrolments for all children you know will not be returning in 2019.
- Please let us know of any change in ownership, Student Management System (SMS) or permanent service closure that may occur during or near the holiday period by calling 0800 ECE ECE (0800 323 323) or emailing ELI.firstname.lastname@example.org. - Check your ELI access: Check that you can access ELI Web and/or ELI Reports and log-in to allocate National Student Numbers (NSNs). If you have trouble logging in after the break please call us on 0800 ECE ECE (0800 323 323).
- If you use the APT SMS or ELI Web, you must ensure that at least one staff member has a valid user account with the RS7 Return Submitter role in order to submit a funding claim from 1 February 2019.
