Secure logon unavailable

The secure logon facility to access ELI and other Ministry of Education applications is currently intermittently unavailable Wednesday, 13 December 2017 until further notice.  This will affect services requiring new Education Sector Accounts, password re-sets, or changes to account access.  Some services may also get an error message when attempting to allocate National Student Numbers, or when completing their roll-over/update or confirming ELI data.
